When I first started therapy with Dr Fiona Simpson, I was at the lowest point in my life, struggling to see a way forward. Through her consistent support, patience, insight and professionalism, she has helped me not only get through that time, but truly grow and heal.  I cannot put into words how much of a difference she has made to my life.

What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just listen – she challenges me when I need it.  She gently but firmly pushes me to confront issues I may be avoiding, and has helped me face parts of myself and my past that were incredibly difficult.  It isn’t always easy, however our sessions are always exactly what I need, to be able to keep moving forward.

Dr Simpson is deeply skilled at what she does and creates a space that feels safe, honest and free of judgment.  She has helped me navigate complex emotions, build resilience and develop tools that continue to support me every day.  She has also empowered me with a deeper sense of self-worth which I never thought would be possible.  Her ability to balance compassion with accountability is something I deeply value.

If you are looking for a therapist, I cannot recommend Dr Simpson highly enough – she has been truly life changing for me.
